Delivery & Returns
Return / Exchange Policy
- No exchange or returns are allowed for items supplied unless has any manufacturing defect confirmed by the manufacturer.
- All products to be exchanged must be returned in their original packaging along with the original sales receipt within 14 days from the date of purchase (Product should be in its original condition)
- If you do not have your purchase receipt, the exchange or return will not be possible
- Certain items / category not eligible for return due to hygiene region i.e. cosmetics/undergarments etc.
- The Management reserves the right to amend this policy without prior notice
- Items ordered online can be either collected from the store or can be couriered to the address selected during the order through our local delivery partner.
- Delivery can take from 3 to 7 days depending on the location and availability of our delivery partner.
